Palmetto Green Energy, Inc was formed as a South Carolina Incorporated Company in January of 2010. Palmetto Green Energy Inc is a joint venture between GreenSourceNRG and Energy City. The genesis leading up to the formation of Palmetto Green Energy, Inc was the startling impact of global warming along with an unprecedented upward escalation in the price of oil and commodities. The global community, and in particular the American public, are just now coming to realize an overwhelming need to develop alternative sources of clean renewable energy production. The leadership of GreenSourceNRG LLC and Energy City realized the need for our country to wean itself off of fossil fuels and our reliance on OPEC and foreign governments. With BioOil, we can reduce our reliance on OPEC. Additionally, by reducing harmful greenhouse gas emissions we make a substantial contribution to saving the environment for future generations.

The leadership at Palmetto Green Energy, Inc consists of father and son team, Jack and Sean Burke.

SEAN BURKE Sean Burke is President and CEO of Palmetto Green Energy. Sean has been Managing partner of Exponential Investments LLC, a real estate development company, for the last five years managing two projects with over 340 acres of land in the Florida panhandle. Sean serves his country as a Captain in the USAF Reserves flying the C-17 aircraft in Charleston, South Carolina. Sean is also a licensed realtor in the State of Florida.

JACK BURKE Jack Burke, with over thirty years of business and investment experience, has been the Managing Member for numerous LLC’s and developments. Jack is also a commercial pilot and will act as Executive Vice President and CFO of Palmetto Green Energy.
